Some lessons learnt from the Mt George Trails: 1. Winter isn’t a good time to build trails, especially when you need to sift rocks out of the soil (can’t sift mud!); and 2. Don’t open trails when they’re wet – we don’t want a repeat from last year. **What’s the good news?** We’re aiming to open some trails this spring/summer.
